Planning to make the Ironbound District of Newark, NJ more bike-friendly was the overall mission of this project. We needed maps that reflected the scale, density, and varied streets and other routes of the neighborhood. Connectivity to neighboring areas was also important. I developed two general maps for the project, all very adaptable in the future as new infrastructure is built and plans evolve.
